Not enough income
It maybe because your accountant is too good, your bank do not recognize all your rental income or maybe you are retired. There are lending solutions that cater to these situations..

Typically there are four stages to this process.

A quick review of your situation to see if I have a possible solution for you and to answer any questions that you may have.
Information Gathering
If you want to go forward, then I will need to collect all the relevant information. I will take all this information and put together an application package for the lenders.
Proposal
After shopping your file around, I will present all the top offers to you and explain the pros and cons of each and make my recommendation. If there are fees to move forward, I will let you know here.
Implementation
Once you have decided to move forward, I will quarter back the process to make sure things completes smoothly and on time.
